Application of Craftwork Laser Engraving Machine
Our craftwork laser engraving machine is widely applicable to craftwork, advertisement decoration, toys, electronics, models, paper products, etc. It can engrave on non-metal materials such as bamboo ware, wood planks, coconut shells, paper, organic glass, double color boards, acrylic, marble, jades, crystal and more. Characters and images also can be engraved on cylindrical objects, like cups, writing brushes, pen holders, and trophies.

Characters of Craftwork Laser Engraving Machine
1. Our craftwork laser engraving machine employs the domestic leading "Smart Engraving" technology, which could clearly engrave 2 mm characters and 1 mm letters.
  2. The craftwork laser engraving machines with glass tube or with RF tube are available. The scanning speed of the glass tube machine can reach 80 cm/sec, and the scanning speed of the RF tube machine can reach 150 cm/sec.
  3. Home made glass laser tube is available in 25W and 40W. All machines are compatible with RF CO2 laser imported from America.
4. Equipped with automatic lift table, the machine can move freely in Z direction. This enables our machine to process objects whose thickness is 250 mm.
5. Equipped with rotating unit, our craftwork laser engraving machine could work on cylindrical objects, like cups, pen holders, writing brushes, flutes, and trophies. Our rotating unit is optional. With it, the machine can breaks through the limit of the planar engraving, and enlarge working range.
6. Two sets of software, ACE and Print Driver, are given as gifts. ACE can input BMP, PLT and other format files, then edit and output them. Print Driver can directly output many format files in Windows system, like Photoshop, CorelDraw, Word, AutoCAD, etc.
  7. Other applications software under Windows is not provided.

Parameters of Craftwork Laser Engraving Machine

Note
1. The optional R60/80 RF excited Co2 laser is belongs to our "SHEDIAO" series.
2. R80 can adopt double laser heads. Equipped with double laser heads, its shape, weight, and gross power will be slightly changed.
3. Rotary unit is available upon your request.
4. Working area means the largest picture that the machine can finish with its cutting function. The working area is smaller in engraving and scanning function.
5. R80, which adopts the CO2 laser tube imported from America, is a RF laser engraving machine.
